1. Scope

本政策适用于 aimodelapi.ai 网站、控制台及 Agent / API 服务。使用服务即表示您理解请求会经我们的编排调度至第三方模型提供商（如 AWS、Google、DeepSeek 等），其数据处理受各厂商隐私政策约束。

2. Data We Collect

  • Account: email, name, password hash, billing records, referral metadata.
  • Usage: model ID, token counts, timestamps, IP region (for routing/abuse), API key prefix.
  • Support: emails and chat messages you send to us.
  • API content: we route prompts to upstream providers; we do not use API content to train ModelAPI models. Limited retention for billing disputes, abuse investigation, and legal compliance.

3. How We Use Data

  • Provide and improve the agent orchestration and API service.
  • Billing, fraud prevention, and rate limiting.
  • Legal compliance and abuse response.
  • Product communications (you may opt out of marketing emails).

4. Sharing

  • Upstream AI providers receive prompts necessary to fulfill your API requests.
  • Payment processors (e.g. Stripe) handle card payments.
  • Infrastructure providers (hosting, email) under contract.
  • Law enforcement or regulators when legally required.

5. Your Responsibilities (Data)

您作为数据控制者，对是否向 API 提交个人信息、商业秘密及跨境传输的合法性负责。请勿提交不必要的敏感数据。详见 合规政策。

6. Security

我们采用 TLS 加密传输、API Key 哈希存储、访问控制与监控。详见 安全说明。

7. Retention & Deletion

账户数据在账户存续期间保留；注销后可按请求删除或匿名化，法律要求保留的账单记录除外。API 请求内容默认不做长期存储；日志保留期随运维策略调整并在合理范围内最小化。
